An old pic, but this is the hat that I will have starting in the fall

Currently I have red, pink, brown, purple hats…
Hats are $15
Flower $6
I’m adding something new…
once a week I’m going to try to add a new kid friendly idea…
My first one being this EXCELLENT recipe for homemade playdough…my kids love it – its smooth and smells good. My daughters DT gave me this recipe and it works like a charm.
Homemade Playdough
1 cup flour
1 cup water
1/2 cup salt
1-2 packages of koolaid unsweetened(or you can use cinnamon, vanilla or food coloring)
2 Tbsp cooking oil
2Tbsp of cream of tarter
Combine dry ingredients in bowl
Mix water, oil and koolaid in medium sauce pan over low heat – stir until Koolaid is dissolved
Pour dry ingredients in sauce pan
Stir with wooden spoon or spatula until the mixture forms a ball in the center of the pan
Dump and coolfor a minute
Knead until playdough is smooth
Keep in sealed ziploc bag or other airtight container
I used cinnamon – just dumped a bunch into the mix, and worked great – it smells awesome, and both my kids just played with it forever, and then put it in a ziploc…and done.
